- The prize is a £500 voucher towards a Hoseasons Cottage, Park, Lodge or Boat Holiday of the winner's choosing which can be added to at their own expense
- The prize must be booked through Benchmark Travel
- Holiday must be booked by 31st Dec 2022
- Holiday must be taken by 31st Dec 2023
- Prize may not be transferred to anybody else
- No cash equivalents
- Should the cost of the holiday below less than £500 there will be no cash reimbursement

2nd prize is £300 cash, 3rd prize is £200 cash, 4th prize is £100 cash and 5th prize is £50 cash.
These cash prizes will be paid to the winner by the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge on production of the relevant winning ticket.

Each £1 duck race ticket includes a £25 Benchmark Travel voucher.
- The voucher is a £25 voucher to spend against any holiday or tour package booked at Benchmark Travel & Tours.
- Not to be used against flight only or travel only element.
- £25 Voucher must be used by 31st Dec 2022.
- For use for travel up to 31st Dec 2023.
- Only 1 voucher can be used per booking.
- Voucher may only be used when making a new booking and cannot be used against a booking previously booked.

Benchmark Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
These terms relate to prize draws which are promoted by Benchmark Travel Ltd (Registered number: 447508) whose registered office is at Ingham Well, Edge Lane, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 7PF ("Benchmark Travel Ltd" or "we"). By entering a prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:
- These terms are in addition to any conditions detailed in the marketing material about the prize draw (the "marketing material").
- Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 16 years or over. Employees and officers of Benchmark Travel Ltd or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. Numbers of entries are not limited.
- Information about how to enter the prize draw and the deadlines for entry are detailed in the marketing material and, unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be decided by the Duck Race taking place on Easter Monday and notified no later than 4 weeks after the race has taken place. Winners must produce the winning proof of purchase/receipt.
- Details of the prize holiday(s) and redemption of the vouchers are provided in the marketing material and website.
- Benchmark Travel Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value.
- Benchmark Travel Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to the Benchmark Travel Ltd in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the marketing material.
- Changes to travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Your prize duration may not be extended and any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates.
- All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.
- Entry into the prize draw is deemed as acceptance to receive marketing communications from the Benchmark Travel Ltd. Winners' details will be published online and may be used in future marketing activity.
- Benchmark Travel Ltd may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time.
- Benchmark Travel Ltd will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Benchmark Travel Ltd in relation to personal injury or death caused by Benchmark Travel Ltd negligence or for fraud.
- If the winning entrant is deemed not to comply with these terms, the entrant will be excluded and the prize will be redrawn. Benchmark Travel Ltd decision on all matters relating to a prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
